This website (“the Site”, “we” or “us”) provides information about OANDA-related trading products, markets, platforms and their use. This Disclaimer applies to your access to and use of the Site, including its content, data, examples and external links.
The Site is not an OANDA trading platform and does not provide account opening, deposits, withdrawals, trade execution, portfolio management or other regulated financial services. OANDA account, funding and trading services are provided by the OANDA legal entity or relevant third party with which a client contracts, subject to its customer agreement, trading rules, disclosures and local law.

03High-risk warning
Contracts for difference and other leveraged products involve a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. OANDA Asia Pacific currently states that CFD clients may lose more than they deposit. Risk disclosures and client protections differ between jurisdictions and OANDA entities, so the disclosure applying to your actual account takes precedence. Key risks include:

06Trademarks and brands
“OANDA”, “fxTrade” and OANDA's “fx” family of trademarks are owned by OANDA Corporation. MetaTrader, TradingView, Apple, App Store, Google Play and other names, marks and logos belong to their respective owners.
References to these names and marks are used to identify and describe relevant products or services. Unless expressly stated in writing, their appearance on the Site does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, agency, partnership or another commercial relationship.
07Regional restrictions
OANDA operates through different legal entities in multiple jurisdictions. Product scope, leverage, client classification, regulatory protections and platform availability can differ materially between those entities. Site content is not an offer of financial services in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful or restricted.
You are responsible for confirming which OANDA entity, if any, can serve your place of residence and whether a referenced product or service is lawfully available to you. The fact that a product appears on the Site does not mean it is offered to every visitor.
